I reported immediately when Steve Lyons told me there is no &#8217;specific legislation&#8217; governing this. Your spitting claims of libel and distortion are so ridiculous, mostly because you pull your facts from this blog. If that&#8217;s where the contrary evidence is, then I reported it. As a matter of fact, another blogger picked this story up and reiterated my original claim about &#8216;being strictly forbidden&#8217; to advertise in state, and I contacted them to make sure they corrected their reporting.
